How to Record Phone Calls
Method 1: Calling your Customer First
- Phone your customer.
- Once you have greeted your party, use your 3-way calling to phone the PubClip Media Center recording line 469-212-0830.
- When prompted, enter your PIN followed by the "#" key. (You can skip this step if you enable Caller-ID on your account.)
- After you hear the phone prompts, press "1" to start recording.
- Return to your other line after the beep.
- To stop the recording process, simply hit the "#" key or hang up.
Method 2: Calling the Recording Line First
- Phone the PubClip Media Center recording line 469-212-0830.
- When prompted, enter your PIN followed by the "#" key. (You can skip this step if you enable Caller-ID on your account.)
- After you hear the phone prompts, press "1" to start recording.
- Use your 3-way calling to phone your customer.
- Return to the recording line.
- To stop the recording process, simply hit the "#" key or hang up.
Calling the PubClip recording line first will shorten the time your customer is on hold.
Once you hang up, PubClip converts your call to an MP3 file. Once the conversion is completed the audio will appear in your Audio List. You can record up to 3 hours.
