How to Record Testimonials by Phone

Recording Testimonials Using Voice Folders

You can record testimonials using Voice Folders. Simply create a Voice Folder and have your customers call the Voice Folder and record a message. Each Voice Folder will receive a unique extension that customers would enter to record a message. The phone number and extension will be permanently assigned to your Voice Folder until you delete the Voice Folder or turn it into a different kind of folder.

Create a Voice Folder

1. Click on the "Audio" tab
2. Select "Create New Folder"
3. Enter the name of your Voice Folder.
4. Select "Voice Folder" from the "Type" field.
5. Click "Create New Folder"

When you save the Voice Folder, it will appear in your Audio List.

NOTE: You can change the greeting message of your Voice Folder by recording a new message over the phone.

To change the Voice Folder greeting message:

1. Phone the PubClip Media Center recording line 469-212-0830.
2. When prompted, enter your PIN followed by the "#" key.
   (You can skip this step if you enable Caller-ID on your account.)
3. Press "3" to record a new Voice Folder greeting
4. When prompted, enter the Voice Folder extension
5. Record a new greeting
6. Press "3" to save your new greeting
