Monitor the Progress of Your Uploaded Media

View the progress of your uploaded media

Immediately after your upload is complete your media items will be dropped into a queue where they must first be converted to a format that is optimized for web streaming and podcasting. This conversion is usually quite fast but may take slightly longer depending on how many other jobs are waiting to be processed.

To see the status of the files you upload:

  1. Click "Account" on the top blue bar
  2. Click "Media Status" under "Your Account" section

NOTE: Transcode failed means that our servers were unable to transcode your file to a streaming format. This usually is caused by the media containing a codec that is not recognized by our servers. Try uploading a different file.
