I Deleted Something By Accident, Can I get it back?

Undelete Your Media

The PubClip system understands that customers make mistakes, so we have designed our system to put all deleted media into a jail file system.  Your deleted files are removed from your account immediately, but they are stored in the jail file system for up to 30 days.

You are not charged for storage space used by the jail file system, and you should not begin to rely on the fact that your files are stored for you here.  The jail file system can be accessed by a PubClip admin in order to restore media to your account.

YOU MUST CONTACT SUPPORT WITHIN 30 DAYS!

After 30 days have passed from the time you deleted your files, the deleted files will be completely purged from the jail file system and CAN NOT BE RESTORED!

If you need to have your media restored from an accidental delete, do the following:

1. Contact support by filling out the members contact form. 
2. Indicate the title, description, or media number of the item you need restored.
3. Cross your fingers and hope the files are still available to be restored.

Support can usually respond to your requests quickly, but restores are non-trivial and do take time.
