What is a Voice FolderTM?
A Voice Folder is a special kind of audio folder that any PubClip customer can create. Voice Folders are automatically assigned a phone number and extension that can be dialed by anybody.
Dialing a voice folder phone number and extension will play your custom greeting message and allow people to record audio messages for you. Those audio messages are automatically saved into your PubClip Voice Folder.

It's Like Voice Mail ... but Cool!
Share your Voice Folder phone number with your customers and friends. Post your Voice Folder phone number on your website, on your business cards, on your newsletters, or anywhere you want to give people the ability to call a number and leave you a message.
You don't want to answer your phone, you want to have people record phone messages that you can listen to later, publish on your website, or share online. Using Voice Folders, 3rd parties will dial your Voice Folder number, hear your custom greeting, and leave you a message. If you choose, PubClip will send you an email every time you get a new recording. Click the link in your email and listen to the audio. It's that easy!
No Limit To The Number of Folders
Following the spirit of PubClip's "No Monkeying Around" policy, you get all the features. When you have a PubClip account, you can create as many Voice Folders as you need.
Keep Organized
Create one Voice Folder for your business, a separate folder for your soccer team, and another for your PTA group. When your audio messages are recorded, they are properly filed into the correct audio folder in your account keeping your incoming media neat and organized

Don't give out your private PIN code to 3rd parties just to get a new recording, create a custom Voice Folder instead! Want your best customers to record testimonial messages for your website? Send them an email with your Voice Folder phone number and extension and ask the customer to leave you a recording.
Getting too many abusive calls? Just delete your Voice Folder and create a new one. PubClip will assign each Voice Folder a unique extension!
Recordings Are Saved as MP3 Files
Once you receive a new Voice Folder recording in your account, it's just like any other audio. PubClip will convert the audio to MP3 format. You can download the MP3 file, move the file to another folder, manage the audio using your PubClip tools, or publish the audio just like any other.
